Congressman Darrell Issa represents California’s 48th Congressional District in the United States House of Representatives.

He is a senior member of the House Judiciary Committee and the House Foreign Affairs Committee. From 2011-2015, he was the Chairman of the Oversight and Government Reform Committee, and previously served on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, the Energy & Commerce Committee, and the Small Business Committee.

A holder of 37 patents, Congressman Issa has been vigilant about protecting intellectual property rights, and carries a strong business background to Washington.
