Congressman David Rouzer proudly represents North Carolina’s 7th Congressional District. Elected to the United States Congress in 2014, he is now in his 5th term in the U.S. House of Representatives.
Congressman Rouzer serves on the House Agriculture Committee and the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee where he currently serves as Chairman of the Subcommittee on Water Resources and Environment. He has served as a ranking member or chairman of a subcommittee on both since his first day in office, which has enabled him to better address the unique needs of his district and state. He is a member of a number of caucuses in Congress, is a founding member of the Primary Care Caucus and the Supply Chain Caucus, and co-chair of the United Kingdom Caucus.
