Rep. Frank Lucas

Congressman Frank Lucas is a fifth generation Oklahoman whose family has lived and farmed in Oklahoma for over 120 years. He was first elected to the United States House of Representatives in a special election in 1994.

In the 118th Congress, Congressman Lucas serves as the Chairman of the House Science, Space, and Technology Committee. As the longest-serving Republican on the House Financial Services Committee, Lucas serves on the Digital Assets, Financial Technology, and Inclusion Subcommittee as well as the Capital Markets Subcommittee.

Congressman Lucas also serves as the longest-serving Member on the House Committee on Agriculture and was chairman of the committee from 2011 to 2015.
