Rep. Kelly Armstrong

Congressman Kelly Armstrong was first elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 2018, representing the entire state of North Dakota in 2018.

He currently serves on the House Energy and Commerce Committee, and the Oversight and Accountability Committee for the 118th Congress. In Washington, Congressman Armstrong works to protect the livelihood of farmers and ranchers, unleash North Dakota’s full energy potential and ensure North Dakota has a strong voice. North Dakota’s agricultural and energy industries provide the country and the world with food, oil, gas and electricity.

Prior to serving in Congress, he served as Chairman of the North Dakota Republican Party from 2015-2016 after seeing firsthand the need for decisive and effective leadership of the party. He led the state party in 2016 to landslide victories for President Donald Trump, Gov. Doug Burgum and North Dakota legislative majorities.
