Congressman Randy Feenstra represents Iowa’s 4th Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives, and serves on the House Ways and Means Committee and the House Agriculture Committee.

Before being elected to Congress, Congressman Feenstra was a corporate executive, local government official, and Chairman of the Iowa State Senate Ways and Means Committee. In that role he authored the largest income tax reduction in state history in 2017.
