Congresswoman Virginia Foxx represents North Carolina’s 5th District in the United States House of Representatives. She currently serves as the Chairwoman of the House Committee on Education and the Workforce. From 2013 to 2016, she served as Secretary of the House Republican Conference. The nonpartisan magazine National Journal has consistently ranked Congresswoman Foxx as one of the most conservative members of the North Carolina Congressional Delegation. She also has a lifetime 96% approval rating from the American Conservative Union.
